My Dream House

My family means the world to me. Our home is where we come together to connect, unwind, and create lasting memories. When I first set out to build my dream home, I was filled with excitement but also faced numerous challenges. Building a home in India, as the saying goes, "Illu katti chudu, pelli chesi chudu"(Build a house, plan a wedding—only then you’ll understand the struggles) , proved to be a daunting experience.
As a first-time builder, I encountered:
● Delays due to inefficient systems.
● Untrustworthy partners who prioritized commissions over quality.
● Subpar materials that led to recurring repairs.
● Costs that ballooned far beyond my initial budget.
It was a frustrating journey, and I often wished for guidance and reliable expertise to make the process smoother and more transparent. That’s when the idea for Ayathana was born—a platform designed to help others avoid the challenges I faced.
